22.5 pounds of road skiddin' love. Just too bad I finally got it together when the weather turned shitty. I hope for a few good days to break 'er in before the snow flys.
Niiiiice! Very good job piecing this rocket together. Do you plan on riding it fixed or free?
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed for good weather for Spooks On Spokes. The SS/Fixed category should have quite a few people.
I rode it in today fixed. First time "riding" fixed. Had a couple of close calls, but over all a good fun time. It has a flip-flop hub so I'll probably ride it either way, depends on my mood.
ReplyDeleteFixed is fun, and when I rode that way I used primarily back-force to slow down rather than skid stops. It's fairly easy to slow down without skidding and doesn't jack my knees up as much. I always ride Free now out of ease.
